- I have a really simple formula to give thanks to someone explain the WHAT the WAY the WHEN and the WHY of the thank you that you were giving the four Ws.
- It need not be formal you can talk to someone verbally you can even send them and copy their manager in into an email get creative see how you can deliver your best thank you!
- Developing a mindset of gratitude at work by simply using this technique will get you far!
See the difference but it makes for you and your professional brand.
