SPEAKER_02This week's tiny culture change is to ask, what am I normalizing here? Culture is not what you say, it's what you allow, it's what you repeat, and it's what you laugh along with. Think about last week. The jokes that you didn't challenge, the behavior that you let slide, the late nights that you may have praised. All of that is teaching people what is normal around here. Today, take one moment and ask, if someone knew what should this, what would they say? Would they assume this is okay? If you do not like the answer, then do something different next time. Say, we actually don't do that here, or we are gonna change how we run this. You are always normalizing something. Make it intention.
